For the last seven years, that hasn't just been a dream for us at Broadway West—it's been a mission. We are not just dreaming of a theater district; we are building it. And today, we stand at the precipice of making our most significant stride yet: launching the First Annual Broadway West Theater Festival!

For years, we’ve worked tirelessly to lay the foundation for a vibrant theater district in Downtown LA. We’ve secured 15,000 community signatures, forged a massive coalition of partners, and welcomed numerous historic venues into our Broadway West Theater Alliance. We’ve seen the potential in these glorious, yet underutilized, architectural gems.
Now, it’s time to move from planning to performance.

P.S. $20,000 is the critical minimum, but every dollar over our goal will go directly towards expanding the festival's capacity, securing more artists, and enhancing the overall patron experience. What happens if the campaign doesn't meet its goal?
This is a flexible campaign and will fund regardless of if the campaign meets its goal.
Do I get any other perks with my purchase?
Yes! When you purchase a perk (other than the IG shoutout), you'll receive every perk of a lower price included in your order. For example, if you purchase an "All Access Pass - VIP", you'll also receive an IG Shoutout and a Festival Tote!
When will I get my perks?
We hope to deliver all perks by 3/1/2026. Tickets, sponsorships, totes and ornaments will be provided upon check-in to the festival in October.
When in the festival and when will I know what the lineup will be?
The festival is scheduled for October 2026 and the program will be shared with all ticket holders by September 2026.
I can't attend, are my tickets transferrable?
Yes! Your tickets are 100% transferrable.
Are there any refunds?
We are trying to fund our festival and every dollar donated will go toward getting the event off the ground. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds at this time.
What's the Difference between VIP All Access and All Access (General Admission)?
Both passes provide the pass holder entry into all 4 events (Opening Night Gala, Festival Day 1, Festival Day 2, Closing Night Party/Awards). VIP pass holders are allowed entry into the venue 30-minutes before general admission. They are also provided access to the VIP section of the Opening Night Gala and Closing Night Party/Awards.
Where do I pick up my passes?
Your festival passes will be provided to you via email or can be picked up a will call.
